Ms. Farhana Azad is an Associate at Fawzia Karim & Associates. She holds both LLB and LLM from the United Kingdom, specializing in Corporate Law, Labour Law ,Employment Law, and Family Law. Her key areas of contribution include legal research, client advisory, and the drafting of a wide range of legal documents and instruments.

Since 2010, Ms. Azad has served as a legal and strategic advisor to Ma Foundation, a non-profit trust committed to providing non-formal education to children in rural areasa role she continues to fulfill alongside her legal practice.

With a longstanding interest in business and commerce, Ms. Azad has also pursued several entrepreneurial ventures in the SME sector. This hands on experience as a business owner gives her a practical understanding of commercial transactions and enhances her ability to advise clients on related legal matters.

Although she has been involved in advisory roles for many years, Ms. Azad formally began her core legal practice in 2019, joining Legal Counsel as a Part Time Associate.
